High School Youth Ministry

Mission Trips - Each summer, the High School Youth participate in a work experience mission trip. These trips allow our students the opportunity to serve our Lord through serving others. They will get to see new places, meet new people and share God's love through unselfish service. Some of the facilities that the students will be working at are homeless shelters, nursing homes and child care facilities. The value of this type of experience for a young person is immeasurable.
Service Projects - Our High School students have the opportunity to participate in a number of different service projects this year. We wil be serving at Kids Food Basket, 2nd Mile House, Degage Ministries as well as helping around church and assisting older members of our church family.
Spring Hill Winter Retreat - Spring Hill is a Christian Camp and Retreat Center located in Evart, MI. This retreat is an awesome opportunity for our kids to "recharge" their faith through worship, speakers, music, small group time and fun activities.
Sunday School - Sunday school is held in the High School Youth Room each Sunday morning from 9:15 am -10:45 am Please join us as we dig into Bible studies.
Small Group - During our time together we will talk about topics that effect Christian teens today and discuss what the Bible has to say about these issues. Girls meet on Tuesday nights and Girls and Guys groups meet on Wednesday nights.
Youth Group - Sunday nights (sometimes Saturdays) are reserved for some type of fun activity. So bring a friend and a sense of adventure.
Concerts - For some reason, Christian musical artists like to to perform in West Michigan. So when they come, we try and go see them. Some of these artists are: Toby Mac, Skillet, Third Day, Casting Crowns, Jeremy Camp, Barlow Girl, etc.....
